Each of our locations in Stamford and Norwalk has a notary public on staff. Count on us to provide you with the service you need, from apostilles to document or letter preparation.

Why do I need a notarization?

You will need a notarization to ensure that a document’s signature is genuine and that the signer agreed with the terms of the document. For a notarization that involves the signing of documents, the signer must be present and have an acceptable ID to prove its identity.

Some documents are required to be signed in the presence of a Notary Public, so we suggest you don’t sign or date any documents you need to notarize until you are requested to sign in one of our locations.

Our Price
How it works?

At Avance we charge a small fee of $5.00 per-signature.

When coming to one of our offices, the Notary Public will require all signer(s)/witness(es) to be present in person and will examine the documents to make sure everything is correct. He/She will then request proper identification from the signer(s)/witness(es) and then will proceed to complete the notarial certificate.

*We may be unable to complete the notarization when the signer is not present in person or has no proof of identity.*
